By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: Exotic Extensions LLC – Booking Policy • $15 non-refundable deposit required to book (goes toward service). • Please arrive with clean, dry hair — no products or wet hair. Shampoo/blow-dry will be required if hair is not properly prepped. • Closures, frontals, and wigs must be dropped off 48 hours before your appointment for customization. Drop off area is at the front door. Sign will say “Drop Packages Here” • 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes a late fee applies. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. • 24-hour notice required to reschedule. One reschedule allowed per deposit. • No-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments. • Remaining balance due at appointment (Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, or card accepted). • Exotic Extensions LLC reserves the right to refuse service for policy violations, unsuitable hair/lace quality, or inappropriate behavior.
